Benchmade enhanced the scales with a diamond pattern for additional grip. But that is not all! Benchmade even added a glassbreaker to the backspacer. Benchmade selected 3V-steel for the blade. One of the most tough and robust types of steel at the moment. This steel can easily handle heavy-duty use. In addition, it retains its sharpness well and is relatively easy to sharpen.
