This version of the proper got quite the upgrade. The blade is namely made from premium S90V-steel, and the handle from carbon fibre. The S90V steel ensures that the blade retains its sharpness for a long time. Only few types of steel can beat that. The blade has a classic design. The contours in no way resemble the rest of the modern Benchmade range. The clippoint blade you see here might remind you of the classic Barlow-style traditionals. Within this category of slipjoints you won’t find a lot of pocket knives enhanced with such a great type of steel.
