Artists Story I love working as an artist. I create ceramics and textiles in my studio overlooking the green pastures of the Royal County close to the heritage town of Trim. My work is inspired by the meadows, canals, bogs, gardens and historical heritage of Irelands Ancient East. I am a graduate of the National College of art and Design Dublin. After qualifying in textiles and ceramics I went on to teach. I have spent 25 wonderful and at times challenging years in the classroom. I am now working full time as an artist, living the dream. I make art that is joyful colourful and positive and I hope to spread some of my love for our beautiful precious natural world through my art.
