Description Hand Crafted Double Hardwood Scratcher/Bed Our Scratcher range uses genuine Sisal carpet rather than the more common Sisal rope. Colours available:- natural or silver. SISAL CARPET BENEFITS * Sisal carpet becomes softer as it is scratched encouraging cats to continue usage – longevity. * Conversely Sisal rope fibres become frayed and sharp, which can become a deterrent. * Introducing Sisal Carpet Scratchers can help to condition cats to learn the difference between items that are allowed to be scratched and those which are not (normal carpet, upholstery etc). Scratchers made from domestic carpet can signal to cats that it is permissible to scratch household carpets. Our Scratchers are solid, with the posts being made from wood based materials rather than cardboard rolls that other scratchers are made from. Can be stained:- Black. Brown, White, Grey, Light Oak or Dark Oak. The bed is made using traditional cabinetmaking skills and also includes a luxurious cushion which is fully washable.
