Color will be easier achieved on bleached hair. On non-bleached hair, the color will still be absorb, but may not be as bright. Directions Shampoo hair and towel dry. Apply color directly onto hair. If you feel that it is too thick, you can add water to dilute it for easier application (you just need to leave the color on for 15-15mins more if you have done so). Cover hair with plastic / shower cap. Leave it on for 30mins before rinsing it with water.
