Directions of use : For aromatic, topical, or dietary use (only diluted when used). INTERNAL USE : Even then it can be too strong to take directly in the mouth, because oregano oil in its pure form is so strong, it should only be used when diluted. Directions: Take two or more drops in one tablespoon of olive or coconut oil and follow with lot of water. On an empty stomach or after meal 2 drops, 1-2 times per day. For more virulent infections, take 2 drops 3 times per day. For use extending past 6 weeks, consider supplementing with a probiotic. Topical Use: Rub topically only diluted .
