Product information DIRECTIONS OF USE Strictly follow the following use and dosage instruction Oral Use: Dilute 2-4 in 5ml (of olive, coconut oil or any other carrier oil of your choice) and drink plenty of water right after its use. Use on an empty stomach or after meal 1 to 2 times per day. A sensation of warmth/burning, spicy taste is normal. Inhalation: Add 1 drop in hot water and let the steam act. Keep a distance to the point you do not feel it too hot. You can use this method several times per week Topical Use: Dilute 5-10 drops of oregano oil in two tablespoons of olive or coconut oil or any other carrier oil of your choice. You can also try a ratio one part of oregano oil to five (1:5) or ten (1:10) parts of olive oil or a carrier oil of your preference. Apply the emulsion (mixture) liberally to the affected area*, several times per day. Rub in gently and thoroughly. After applying the emulsion (mixture), wash your hands unless you are using it to treat your hands.  Allow time for absorption before wiping away any excess or covering with clothes. Wild Oregano Oil is a hot essential oil. A sensation of warmth/burning is normal. *Only for skin use. Do not apply near the eye area or genitals. Be careful on touching those areas while having the emulsion (mixture) on your hands. If you accidentally get any in your eyes or have contact with these areas, rinse with plenty of water straight away. Your eyes may sting. If you start having any sight problems, you should contact your doctor immediately. Wash your hands well before inserting contact lenses. Oregavit Wild Oil of Oregano has a high carvacrol content of around 86-90% Should I drink lots of water when taking Oregano Oil? Yes. Water helps flush toxins left from dead pathogens (bacteria, candida, parasites etc.) from the body. It is important to drink 6-10 glasses of water daily to maintain good health. Is this non GMO? Yes, it is non GMO Does this have an expiration date? It has a “best before” date. Due to the products being in the Dietary Supplement category we are obliged to set an expiration date. However, as an Oil its shelf life is much longer than the stated expiry date. How long will my Oil Of Oregano last? A 30ml bottle will last 6 months if you take the recommended dosage every day. The company sent a few gifts along with my order, a bottle of wild organic oregano oil, a glass dropper & dried oregano flakes. Instructions were also sent, 5 pages of very interesting information. The large bottle has a dropper & spill resistant lid inserted securely in the opening, so it prevents spillage, as well as aides in measuring out drops. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION, this is STRONG & it burns the lips, tongue, throat, esophagus, stomach & even the fumes will burn eyes. I apologize to the other reviewers who claimed they couldn’t handle it. I’m a believer now, this is to be used ONE DROP DILUTED IN QUART of water. Don’t give it to a child or elderly person without testing it on yourself first.
