The Benchmade Mini Vallation 427 is a smaller version of the Vallation. The Mini Vallation is a solid pocket knife with an assisted opening. The S30V steel blade of the Mini Vallation can easily be opened with the thumb stud. The assisted opening will namely help you get the blade out of the handle as fast as possible. When opened Benchmade’s famous Axis-lock keeps the blade in place. To make sure it won’t open in your pocket the spine of the handle has been enhanced with a latch which you can use to lock the blade when closed. The handle is made from aluminium. The matt-black coating offers you additional grip and makes the knife look very cool. Benchmade made the middle of the handle slightly thicker to take care of additional grip.
